This initial fee will be deducted from our overall service fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"width: 48%; display: inline-block; float: right; margin-right: 10px; vertical-align: top;\">\n<h1>Services We Offer<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>TABC License &#8211; new applications and renewals<\/li>\n<li>Sales and Use Tax Permits &#8211; <em><strong>REQUIRED<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;to obtain a TABC permit<\/li>\n<li>Form Corporations, LLC&#8217;s, or Limited Partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Obtain Mixed Beverage Sales Tax Bonds<\/li>\n<li>Certificates of Assumed Name (DBA)<\/li>\n<li>Vending and Amusement Machine Permits<\/li>\n<li>Tobacco Permits<\/li>\n<li>Basic bookkeeping services (bank reconciliations, payroll tax filing, financial reports)<\/li>\n<li>If you need income tax services, we are affiliated with Coby P.
